We had a lot of fun shooting the first ever television for Valero Texas Open this past spring.
The 2009 campaign dealt with the seemingly un-men things that take place on the golf course like afternoon tee, using irons and the enjoyment of long drives. This was a great shoot, the weather was perfect and the final commercial turned out to be entertaining and beautiful.
Of course, one of our favorite parts was using the 2000 frames per second Phantom Camera which enabled us to shoot a lot of breathtaking slow motion footage.
Kudos to Jeff Steinborn and Kent Hammond at Epoxy Films for the hard work and extra effort that went into this production. Great stuff.
