Georgia just got a little more French. And Creative Link was a part of it.
North Georgia luminaries, media and residents visited the luxurious showroom in Roswell, Ga. It was a lovely Saturday afternoon by the pools, with pomegranate mojitos, smiling faces, and a taste of life without regret.
Jean Louis and Nicolas Desjoyaux, who recently took the company’s reins from patriarch Jean Desjoyaux, flew in from France. The occasion was a milestone achievement in the global expansion the company is making under its new leadership.
The Desjoyauxs helped Scott Thompson, executive VP of Desjoyaux North America, and Brandon Beach, President and CEO of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, wield a giant pair of scissors to cut the ribbon on the landmark venture.
Each area homeowner in attendance was given a rubber ducky to set afloat in a sparkling demo pool. Later, one lucky duck was plucked out randomly, and its owner won Desjoyaux’s signature pool, a 19x23 rectangular model with Roman stairs.
Atlanta Pet Rescue & Adoption might have been just as thrilled as the pool winner. Thompson presented a $2,500 check to APRA Founder and Executive Director Judith Price. Lulu Vilas, Director or Marketing and Development showed off the APRA dogs in attendance with their Creative Link-designed “Dig Without Regret” outfits.
You couldn’t turn your head without seeing a little bit of Creative Link. Our promotional items were decorative yet informative – from signs and pamphlets to roadside flags and even wine bottle labels. Of the 200 guests, all but five expressed interest in buying a pool, and several made appointments for consultations.
We were behind the scenes too. Before the grand opening, Kevin gave a VIP presentation to franchise brokers interested in Desjoyaux’s potential. In addition, desjoyauxpools.com uses our SiteBlox website content management software – we handle all the tech support, leaving the client to concentrate on other areas of the company.
As you can probably tell, we’re proud of our work. We want to know what you think. View photos from the event on Desjoyaux Pools USA’s Facebook page, and “like” Desjoyaux while you’re at it – they’ll donate $1 to APRA for each one.
